The world you see has nothing to do with reality. It is of your own making, and it does not exist.
...inducing the mind to give up its miscreations is the only application of creative ability that is truly meaningful.
Only your misperceptions stand in your way.
...truth can break through the barriers the ego has set up and can shine into your mind.
ACIM
In the poetic world the word paints us the internal vision of the seer and by this means gives us a gateway with which to enter the ancestral memory where we find a timeless world of magic.

I may be mistaken, but I believe it was Voltaire who, when asked where was the most important place in the universe, responded that it was where he was at that moment. Ever since I heard that, I decided that Voltaire was right and that the most important place in my universe would be my here and now. I understand your sentiments.
Working and having real life, all these matters torture me...
