About Me

- The blog: It is what it is. I hope to bring people back to themselves- to who they really are. But only they can know that. This is a movement away from thought, to feeling. It is a move away from structures in which distractions are embedded. Both in writing and reading, we are peeling away at what we are not. What's underneath? What's underneath? We need a willingness to see things directly, for what they are. Through the words, I hope to signpost to a feeling beyond the words that each of us can come to know through direct experience. This bears an interesting relationship to what I'll be posting on 1/10 about food, energy, our cells and our lives.
Basically, we're killing ourselves by what we eat but can't seem to stop.
Here's a title suggestion you may or may not want to use:
'Convenience is Killing Us'
It is scary. I am scared to waste my life to all the bull-crap, and miss the simple gift of life. Thanks for your words they are doing good in my heart.
Your spirit is right on target. I'm working on a series of articles and one of the notes is, a convenient death, killing us softly. Some aspect of this thought should make it into one of the future posts.
