Your words are indeed rich as if they are the secret mutterings of a painting uninhibited. You spoke once of drawing closer to the essence. Does that essence have a label for you ie God,Buddha, Allah?

That essence has lots of labels, but for me, the label is not the thing. The 'thing' is beneath the label and goes far beyond it.

Just like with my writing- there's the feeling and there are the words. I hope to convey the feeling, not through trying to, but through feeling the feeling as deeply as I can and letting the words come from that.

It's kind of a circular thing- feeling, writing/reading, feeling.

I'm interested in the teachings of all religions- for me they are all getting at the same essence.

Sometimes labels are necessary.

I love the photos on that site- and I'm really happy that my words drew the connection in you.
